Dear Fellow New Yorkers,

I hope this post finds you and your families safe and healthy. It's an unfortunate reality that COVID-19 has had a dramatic effect on our businesses and our lives. This insidious virus is ravaging the health of our communities, our communities and our very way of life. What we're facing is incredibly daunting, but I remain optimistic that New Yorkers will once again rise to the challenge and  will overcome this tragedy. We should take solace in the many examples of everyday acts of courage, humanity, generosity and love.

Rozen Law Group remains focused on supporting our tenant and consumer communities. We are working hard to keep tenants in their homes and to ensure that those homes remain habitable and safe during this pandemic. Please reach out if you need anything. We will continue to monitor court closures, changes in policy and programming that can assist you all during this time. Below are a few links to websites that have information and programming that may be of assitance to you.

The Benefits Plus Learning Center created a helpful site covering the changes to public benefits, housing programs, and city services as a result of COVID-19. The guides also include information on the Federal stimulus package, Unemployment Insurance Benefits, Paid Sick Leave, and more. See below:

This is a great website that provides a central source of information for consumers facing financial challenges during the Covid-19 crisis.
