After extensive research online, I decided to schedule a consultation with Jennifer regarding the handling of my filing for a rent succession lease. Upon meeting her, I immediately knew I had made the right choice - she put me right at ease, and I was instantly confident that I had found the right attorney to represent me. I hired her immediately. She put together a packet of irrefutable evidence that I was entitled to the succession, along with a killer cover letter that resulted in the lease being transferred into my name with no fuss whatsoever. I am 100% convinced that if I did not use Jennifer's services I would have ended up battling for my rights in housing court, whether or not I was legally entitled to the succession. I cannot recommend Jennifer (and her team) highly enough - if I am ever in need of tenant lawyer representation again, there would be no one else I would ever consider, and I would recommend Jennifer in a heartbeat to anyone looking for the best tenant's lawyer you could ever hope to find!
