Ms. Addonizio changed my life!!! I moved into an apartment that had a gas leak and the stove and the refrigerator did not work. Calling, emailing, and basically stalking my landlord did not work. Ms. Addonizio did work! First off, I was pissed! And devastated and feeling powerless and hopeless. She talked me off the ledge and calmed me down in an instant. Super compassionate and understanding human being. Insta-love & respect for her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, efficient and EFFECTIVE! My leak and kitchen were fixed in no time AND I was reimbursed 2 months rent and received an apology from my landlord. Whoa! I have since referred her to many friends and they are all big Ms. Addonizio fans, too! Major game-changer! I cannot speak highly enough of her skills, services, care, and proficiency. Beyond grateful for her and her services. Outstanding!
